The five-course lunch tasting menu is available in two formats vegetarian and non-vegetarian both are inventive and thoughtful reinterpretations of royal Korean cuisine: think mushroom kalguksu or chicken sanjeok. At LittleMad, chef Sol Han turns up the volume on traditional Korean flavors with techniques hes honed in French and Italian kitchens, and the results are delicious. The staff are really welcoming and the chef even popped out to say hi.
