Mr. Wilkerson was born April 5, 1945 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Arthur and Naomi Gooden Wilkerson. Any given late Monday or Tuesday night at The Pleasanton Express could be a whirlwind of activity, made all the more frenzied by the Texas Tornado that was Bill Wilkerson. My condolences a father and a your friend is a sad time indeed. There never was, and never will be, another like him. In addition to his parents, Mr. Wilkerson was also preceded in death by his brother, Tom Wilkerson; and sisters, Melba Shephard, and Ruby Lee Wilkerson. I love you so much.
