I did notice the cheese leaking a bit when I had checked on them, about 3/4 of the way done, so I scooped some of that pan goodness up and tossed on top the chicken. Even in the oven I turn it and broil a bit to get that nice brown on the bacon and on the grill that will happen naturally. Hence the addition of jalapenos.
